ETD39 High Frequency Transformer
Our ETD39 ferrite core single-phase high frequency transformers are core components for half-bridge switching power supplies, supporting operating frequency up to 100kHz.
The output voltage can be accurately customized by adjusting the turn ratio of primary and secondary windings. For power supplies above 200W, ETD39 core with 35mm core height perfectly meets national standard requirements, while it is also an ideal auxiliary transformer for equipment under 300W with 16mm core diameter option.
We provide full custom service for ETD39 transformers: winding turns, pin layout, 130℃/180℃ heat-resistant enameled wire and insulation structure can be modified according to your PCB circuit design.

ETD39 High Frequency Transformer Core Advantages

This ETD39 transformer features multiple parallel secondary windings coupled to a single primary winding. Neglecting excitation current, the ampere-turns generated by each secondary winding match those of the primary winding perfectly.
This balanced characteristic delivers outstanding performance for parallel rectifier circuits: it achieves even winding current distribution without extra balancing resistors or auxiliary components, simplifying your circuit design greatly.
