Overview
Our epoxy fully encapsulated toroidal transformer adopts integrated epoxy resin potting technology, which completely seals the internal silicon steel ring core and enameled windings inside a matte black insulated housing. Different from bare open toroidal transformers, this fully potted design realizes excellent waterproof, dustproof, shockproof and mute performance, meeting high safety standards for medical isolation power, industrial control equipment, Hi-Fi audio amplifiers and monitoring power supplies.

1. Full Sealed Epoxy Encapsulation
High thermal conductivity insulating epoxy fills all internal gaps, no exposed copper wire or magnetic core. It effectively blocks moisture, dust and corrosive gas, eliminating hidden dangers of insulation breakdown and short circuit caused by harsh working environment.
2. Ultra Low Vibration & Noise Free Operation
The solid epoxy tightly locks the winding structure, greatly suppressing electromagnetic vibration hum during operation. Perfect for indoor silent equipment, medical devices and high-fidelity audio equipment that requires low noise.
3. Reinforced High-Voltage Insulation
Thick epoxy potting layer provides reinforced isolation between primary and secondary windings, achieving high withstand voltage performance. It reduces the voltage stress on peripheral matching components, allowing you to adopt cheaper low-power peripheral parts and cut down overall BOM cost.
4. Integrated Mounting Bracket
Equipped with an integral metal fixing flange with reserved mounting holes, support vertical screw installation on cabinet chassis without extra fixing accessories, saving assembly space and production cost.
5. Wide Temperature Adaptability
Stable continuous operation between -40℃ ~ +125℃. The internal heat-conducting epoxy optimizes heat dissipation, supporting long-term full-load operation without overheating.
6. Fully Customizable Parameters
Custom input voltage, single/multi-group output voltage, power rating, outgoing wire length and wire color according to customer circuit demands. Dual-winding, multi-channel output designs are available on request.

Appearance Description
This encapsulated toroidal transformer features a round dome matte black epoxy housing, with two metal fixing lugs at the bottom for vertical installation. Red and black insulated power wires extend neatly from the side of the shell without bare copper exposure. The epoxy surface is wear-resistant, with permanent silk-screen printing of model, power and voltage parameters.
