Our EFD High Frequency Transformer adopts flat EFD ferrite core structure, featuring small occupied area, low leakage inductance and excellent heat dissipation. It is widely applied in compact SMPS, charger and LED driver. Custom winding, pin arrangement and safety insulation design are available to meet consumer, industrial and medical power demands.
Product Overview Of high frequency transformer
EFD high frequency transformer is a flat surface-mount & through-hole power transformer built with manganese-zinc ferrite EFD core. Compared with traditional EE type transformers, the EFD flat design effectively reduces product height, perfectly matching slim power supply shell structure.It realizes voltage conversion and electrical isolation inside switching power supplies, supports operating frequency from 50kHz to 800kHz, and can be customized for power ranging from 3W to 150W.
