PQ3225 Ferrite High Frequency Power Transformer

PQ3225 ferrite high frequency power transformer serves as the core energy conversion component for half-bridge switching power supplies.
Switching power supplies adopt multiple circuit topologies, among which the half-bridge circuit is widely applied. During operation, two switching transistors work alternately to generate 100kHz high-frequency pulse signals. The PQ3225 transformer converts these pulses into alternating output current; the output voltage can be precisely customized by adjusting the turn ratio of primary and secondary windings.
A standard half-bridge power circuit consists of three types of high-frequency transformers: main power transformer, drive transformer and auxiliary standby transformer. Each category follows standardized core dimension specifications:
  1. Main transformer: For power supplies over 200W, the core height shall not be less than 35mm
  2. Auxiliary transformer: A 16mm core diameter meets the demand for equipment below 300W
