High Frequency Broadband Electronics Transformer Introduction
Our broadband electronics transformer is widely applied within communication circuits, where low nonlinear distortion acts as the core performance indicator.
To suppress waveform distortion, these transformers are designed to operate at the initial permeability range of ferrite cores. Even miniature low-power input communication transformers adopt optimized core sizing to guarantee stable linear output.
Apart from customized frequency response matching for different circuit specs, we also focus on core loss reduction. Core Working Principle & Features
- Input AC voltage goes through rectification and filtering to convert into stable DC power.
- Controlled by high-frequency PWM signals, switching tubes feed the processed DC into the primary winding of the flyback transformer.
- High-frequency induced voltage is generated on the secondary side, then rectified & filtered to supply rated load output.
- Output voltage feeds back to the control circuit to adjust PWM duty cycle, realizing constant stabilized output.

- Built-in EMI filter circuit to isolate grid interference, preventing power supply noise from polluting mains;
- Higher switching frequency helps shrink transformer dimension under identical power rating for compact PCB layout;
- Flexible winding design: multi-secondary coils or multi-tap single winding to realize multiple customized output voltages;
- Optional built-in protection circuits including no-load & short-circuit protection to avoid burnout under abnormal working conditions.
