Our broadband electronics transformer is widely applied within communication circuits, where low nonlinear distortion acts as the core performance indicator.

Core Working Principle & Features

  1. Input AC voltage goes through rectification and filtering to convert into stable DC power.
  2. Controlled by high-frequency PWM signals, switching tubes feed the processed DC into the primary winding of the flyback transformer.
  3. High-frequency induced voltage is generated on the secondary side, then rectified & filtered to supply rated load output.
  4. Output voltage feeds back to the control circuit to adjust PWM duty cycle, realizing constant stabilized output.

  • Built-in EMI filter circuit to isolate grid interference, preventing power supply noise from polluting mains;
  • Higher switching frequency helps shrink transformer dimension under identical power rating for compact PCB layout;
