Description

ETD49/25/16 10+10 PINS Transformer has the characteristics of convenient winding, moderate price and high reliability. ETD49  transformer is a basic ferrite core with low loss, high output power, wide operating frequency, low temperature rise and stable performance. They are widely used in switching power supply and a variety of electronic circuits. The oscillation modes include full bridge, half bridge, single ended, resonant, push-pull circuit, etc. they have excellent material characteristics. The cylindrical center column of ETD49 magnetic core makes it easier to wind, and increases the cross-sectional area of the winding, which can increase the output power. They are suitable for all kinds of switching power supply, inverter, UPS, etc.

The characteristics:

(1) current distribution

A typical high frequency transformer has a number of parallel windings.Each secondary winding is coupled to the same primary winding.Therefore, the ampere-turns generated by the secondary winding current are equal to the ampere-turns generated by the primary winding (ignoring the excitation current).This characteristic is particularly useful for parallel rectifier circuits.Winding current distribution is equal, in parallel rectifier circuit does not need the equal resistance or other components.

(2) high current density

High frequency transformers have excellent temperature rise characteristics.Because of these characteristics, it can achieve high current density in very small packages.

(3) efficiency

By adjusting the leakage inductance so that it can have a very fast switching time, very low cross loss, it can achieve very high efficiency.The transmission loss between the secondary side winding and the primary side winding is very small.

(4) high power density

Because of the small size of the high-frequency transformer element, it has excellent temperature dissipation characteristics, so it can be closely packaged with the related semiconductor devices and inductors to achieve high power density.It has a current density of up to 30A/ module.

(5) low cost

The whole high frequency transformer is made up of a small number of related cheap components, plus the assembly is very convenient, so the cost of the transformer is very low.

(6) save the cost of components connected to it

Because of its small leakage inductance and low switching loss, the stress applied to the components connected to it is reduced.Therefore, the components connected to it can use components with lower cost and lower power quota.
